By accessing or using FontAnalyzer ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Important: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FontAnalyzer Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Service Description

FontAnalyzer provides font identification and analysis services for documents. Our Service includes:

  • Detailed analysis reports
  • Multiple file format support
  • Usage analytics and insights

Additional Services

  • API access for developers
  • Team collaboration tools
  • Priority customer support
  • Advanced reporting features

Service Availability: We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance.

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
  • One person or entity may maintain only one account
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security

Your Responsibilities:

  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • You are liable for all activities under your account
  • Use strong, unique passwords

Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose security risks.

Usage Limits

Your usage is subject to the limits of your chosen plan:

  • Free Plan: 5 document analyses
  • Professional: 25 analyses
  • Enterprise: 100 analyses
  • API: Rate limits apply based on plan

5. User Content

Your Content Rights

You retain all rights to the documents and content you upload ("User Content"). We do not claim ownership of your User Content.

License to Us

Limited Processing License: You grant us a limited license to:

  • Process your documents for font analysis
  • Generate analysis reports
  • Provide the requested services
  • Improve our algorithms (using anonymized data only)

Content Deletion

Automatic Deletion: Your uploaded documents are automatically and permanently deleted within minutes of analysis completion. We do not store your documents.

Content Restrictions

You may not upload content that:

  • Violates any law or regulation
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains malware or malicious code
  • Is defamatory, obscene, or offensive
  • Violates privacy rights of others

Payment Processing

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • All prices are in Rupees unless otherwise stated
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • We accept major credit cards and PayPal

Refunds and Cancellation

Due to nature of this product there will be no refund

7. Intellectual Property

Our Rights

FontAnalyzer and all related technology, software, algorithms, and content are owned by FontAnalyzer Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Rights

Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to:

  • Access and use the Service per these Terms
  • Use analysis results for your business purposes
  • Share reports within your organization

Restrictions

  • No reverse engineering or copying our technology
  • No creating derivative works
  • No removing copyright or proprietary notices
  • No sublicensing or transferring your rights

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive for high accuracy in font identification, results may not be 100% accurate. Users should verify critical font identifications independently.

10. Limitation of Liability

Liability Limits

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not liable for lost profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Some jurisdictions may not allow these limitations

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Termination
